I spent my formative years in Zimbabwe and my work often shows a strong African influence. Subsequently I lived in the West Country of England where I had a studio and gallery for many years producing a range of domestic pottery, fused glass and some individual exhibition pieces.
I am a selected member of Crafts Potters Association.

My original training was in agriculture; however I discovered a fascination for pottery whilst travelling in India and did a short course at the famous Delhi Blue Pottery. This was enough to determine a change in career and I went to work for Elizabeth where I trained in all aspects of studio pottery. I also produced hand printed textiles and learnt to work with fused glass.
We both moved to Andalucía in south west Spain in 2003 and have established a studio and small Gallery in an old farmhouse in the sierras near Olvera in Cádiz province where we continue to produce studio pottery and fused glass.
