loving summer
We are loving summer as always. Everything is looking wonderful in the garden and it looks as if it will be a good grape harvest this year.
We have faced up to the need to completely take the glass studio to bits as we have had bad damp problems in there for years. Hopefully this is sorted now and it has given us time to have a good tidy up. It will be a pleasure to get in there again and get some stock made as well as some commissions and a few planned art projects for the future.
It is not a good time of year to be working in the pottery. It’s very hot in there and everything dries almost too fast and this can cause problems – however we have finished off most of the outstanding orders including a tile Project for a customer’s kitchen.
