The finish of March news is the explanation for the gap between then and now! It has indeed been all go on every front – it is undoubtedly the busiest time of the year in the garden and all the work has paid off and both flowers and vegetables are in full production. We have inevitably been creating many new récipes for using up the courgettes but also enjoying artichokes, spinach, strawberries to name but a few!
Apart from that the pottery studio has been at full speed and we have had the fun of sharing it with two friends and makers which has made for a very lively atmosphere.
We have welcomed a number of visitors to the Gallery from many parts of the world including Canada, Australia, Denmark, France and the United States not to mention the UK and Spain.
